Does it collect email or run AI?
No. There is no form submission, AI connection, account system or analytics. Links and palette buttons work locally.
Can I use this for client work?
You may adapt it for your own or your clients' projects. Do not redistribute or resell the source as a template or template pack. Read USAGE.md for the included scope.
Is opening the file the same as publishing?
No. Opening it shows a local copy on your computer. Hosting and domain setup are separate and are not performed by this starter.
