1. Scope

This policy explains how Vibe Coding Campus handles personal information when you browse the site, create an account, save learning progress, contact us or purchase a digital product.

2. Information we process

• Account and contact information: email address, account identifiers and information you send to support.
• Learning information: lesson progress, completion state and product entitlements associated with your account.
• Purchase information: order identifiers, purchased product, payment status and refund status supplied by the payment provider. New purchases use Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Technical and security information: essential cookies, request information and limited diagnostic data needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.

3. Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate accounts, deliver purchased access, save progress, answer support requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, meet legal obligations and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use advertising cookies.

4. Service providers

We use Supabase for authentication, account data and private product storage, Cloudflare for hosting and security, and Stripe for new checkout payments and approved refunds. When product email delivery is enabled, Resend processes the purchasing account’s email address and the transactional download message. Historical payment providers may continue to process records and refunds for earlier orders. Their processing is governed by their own privacy terms and applicable data-protection agreements.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The site uses essential cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, saved items and basic product functionality. “Save for later” bookmarks remain in the current browser and are not synced to your account. Reading progress explicitly saved to your account is separate. We do not currently use third-party behavioural advertising cookies.

6. Retention

Account and learning information is kept while your account or purchased access remains active and as reasonably needed for security, dispute resolution and legal obligations. We and our payment providers may retain transaction records where required for accounting, disputes and legal compliance.

7. Sharing and international processing

Information is shared with the providers above only for the described purposes, or when required by law. These providers may process information in countries different from yours and apply their own lawful transfer safeguards.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with your account, or object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for security, transactions or legal compliance. Contact us to make a request. You may also raise a complaint with your local data protection authority; in the UK, contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.

9. Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections and restricted server-side credentials designed to protect account and purchase information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
