1. Who we are
Vibe Coding Campus is operated by VIBE CODING CAMPUS LTD. We provide self-paced digital learning materials, practical exercises and downloadable digital products. You can contact us at info@vibecodingcampus.net.
2. Educational service
Our materials are provided for education and general information. They do not guarantee employment, income, certification or a particular business result. Third-party tools, subscriptions, API usage and hardware are not included unless a product page expressly says otherwise.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Purchases and delivery
Paid products are sold by VIBE CODING CAMPUS LTD as one-time purchases, not subscriptions. New purchases use Stripe for secure payment processing. We are responsible for the products, delivery and refund requests. Prices and included materials are shown before payment. Sign in to your verified Campus account before checkout. After Stripe confirms payment, the purchase is linked to that account: educational packages unlock their lessons, and store products appear in your account with private download links. Store download links are also emailed to your verified Campus address. Some payment methods take longer to confirm. If you paid through an earlier standalone payment link, contact us with your checkout email and order reference so we can arrange delivery.
5. Product access and updates
Educational package access belongs to the purchasing account and is not transferable. Learn, Build and Launch cover the learning library; store products are separate purchases. Released updates to the product you purchased are included without an annual deadline. New standalone products and future releases are not automatically included or guaranteed.
6. Permitted use
Campus lessons and account access are for the purchasing learner. Do not redistribute protected learning materials, share account credentials, remove ownership notices or make the materials available to an automated dataset. Store source files have the own-project and client-project usage rights stated on their product page and in the included usage document. The three professional toolkits permit up to five internal team members of one purchasing business and delivery of adapted website source as part of a client project. This does not permit standalone resale or redistribution of the toolkit or sharing a Campus account. Examples you create yourself remain yours, subject to any third-party licences that apply.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, probe or disrupt the platform, bypass access controls, scrape protected material, or interfere with other users. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or legal rights.
8. Third-party services
Lessons may mention or link to third-party services. Their availability, pricing and terms are controlled by their providers. Vibe Coding Campus is not responsible for third-party services or changes to them.
9. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vibe Coding Campus is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability relating to a paid product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
11. Changes
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear above. Material changes will apply prospectively.
